A PERSONAL JOURNEY
45 lbs. 20.4 kg.
And so much more than a number.
Weight loss was part of my journey. But the changes that mattered most were not all visible in a photograph.

WHY THIS IS PERSONAL
This was never just about weight.
My experience with weight management was deeply personal. I have struggled with PCOS, and I know how frustrating it can feel when your body seems to be working against you — from weight that is difficult to manage, to constant fatigue, inflammation, and cravings that can make consistency feel harder than it should.
GLP-1 support played a meaningful role in my own journey. Over time, I noticed that my sugar cravings became easier to manage, I had more energy, and I felt less of the inflammation and heaviness that had become so familiar to me.
But the moment that changed how I thought about the entire experience came during my fertility journey. I saw meaningful improvement in the PCOS-related changes that had previously been seen in my ovaries. For me, that was a reminder that this journey was never simply about becoming smaller.
It was about my health. My energy. My hormones. My fertility journey. My confidence. And feeling more at home in my own body.
That experience shaped the way I wanted Estelle Weight Management to feel: thoughtful, supportive, and grounded in the understanding that meaningful progress can be about so much more than a number on the scale.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
More than a number
on the scale.
Weight management is rarely as simple as “eat less.”
Appetite, nutrition, sleep, routine, metabolic health, medications, medical history, stress, and individual biology can all influence the way someone experiences weight.
At Estelle, the goal is to understand the person first — then create a structured approach that makes sense for their health, lifestyle, and goals.
No shame. No crash diets. No one-size-fits-all promises.
Just a more considered path forward.

MEDICATION, WHEN APPROPRIATE
One tool. Not the whole plan.
For eligible patients, prescription medication may be considered as one part of an individualized weight-management plan.
Medication is not a substitute for nutrition, movement, healthy routines, or appropriate medical monitoring. Instead, it may be used alongside them when clinically appropriate.
The objective is not simply to prescribe.
It is to build a plan that helps make meaningful change more manageable.

IS ESTELLE WEIGHT MANAGEMENT RIGHT FOR YOU?
You do not have to figure it out alone.
You may benefit from a structured weight-management program if you have struggled with appetite, repeated dieting, difficulty maintaining previous weight loss, or simply want more guidance around your health and weight-related goals.
The first step is not committing to medication.
The first step is understanding your options.
INDIVIDUAL FIRST. TREATMENT SECOND.
Sometimes, the right treatment is no treatment yet.
Not every medication or weight-management approach is appropriate for every person.
Your health history, current medications, pregnancy or fertility considerations, previous conditions, and other individual factors may affect which options are appropriate for you.
Suitability is reviewed before treatment recommendations are made.
